2003 Mercedes CLK: One of MB’s Best Convertibles

This triple black CLK 320 convertible was just traded in on Friday! This W208 body style Mercedes-Benz CLK was made from 1996 – 2002, cabriolets continued production into 2003, from there forward, the new body W209 body style took over. This is one of my favorite modern Mercedes-Benz cars. They were fought over by customers on showroom floors when new. People paid top dollar for them and usually had to wait several months to take delivery, demand was that high. The coupes are great, the convertibles a great as well. They look good and the mechanicals underneath are robust and time tested.

This CLK 320 cabriolet was traded in by a local gentleman who called me and told me he was looking for something a little bigger, something with four doors that he could use a little more easily as a daily driver needed to carry his growing family around. So, he traded this in on a new C300 4matic Sport sedan.

He was the second owner of this car. It has a clean CarFax, it was very well taken care of, always garaged, and driven during the nice Spring and Summer months in Minnesota. It has only 66,500 original miles, it’s got the long lasting 320 V6 engine, the paint and body is in great shape.

I don’t know where we’ve priced this car, but I’m going to guess mid to high teens. It’s absolutely worth a look. Wouldn’t you like to have this to pull out of your garage next Spring? It won’t last long, of that, I am positive.
